CN Tower Toronto
A quick and easy subway ride from our hotel, the CN Tower is by far the most iconic building in the Toronto cityscape skyline. Ride to the top for a delicious dinner at the 360 revolving restaurant soaring more than 350 metres above the city, or take a more adventurous approach with the Edge Walk; not for the faint of heart, this entails strapping yourself into safety gear and walking around the outer edge of the tower’s tip, hands-free.
Locals call this neighbourhood “The Mink Mile” due to its amazing selection of high-end, haute couture designer stores (think Tiffany, Chanel, D&G, Hermes, Holt Renfrew) and world-class restaurants. This vibrant area, known formally as Yorkville, is a comfortable 15 to 20-minute walk north from our hotel, up Yonge Street to a few blocks past Bloor.
